GREENLAND

Greenland, one of the most isolated regions on the planet, offers a hunting experience in a virtually untouched natural environment. Its vast expanses of frozen tundra, imposing glaciers, and clear skies make it a unique destination. Iconic species such as the musk ox and caribou, perfectly adapted to the Arctic environment, inhabit this inhospitable territory.

In Greenland, darkness dominates much of the day during winter, while summer offers endless days of natural light. This variation in lighting also affects how hunting is organized, which changes depending on the time of year and terrain conditions.

Hunting here is not just a recreational activity; it represents an ancestral tradition that is part of the local way of life. The communities utilize all the resources obtained from the animal, maintaining a deep respect for nature. The hunters are always guided by local experts, who transport them to the camps using various means such as 4x4 vehicles, snowmobiles, helicopters, or even dog sleds, a traditional practice still alive during the coldest months.

Hunting trips usually last for several days, and it is essential to have adequate technical equipment to withstand the low temperatures.

Beyond the hunting activity, there are spectacular landscapes and extraordinary natural phenomena. The Northern Lights illuminate the sky on clear winter nights, and those with time can visit the gigantic ice sheet that covers much of the island, one of the largest freshwater reserves on the planet. Undoubtedly, nature in its purest form.
